I've been into SoftTemple twice. Its a nice little place, kind of quiet feeling. The people working there are pleasant and helpful, but not boisterous. Overall the atmosphere is "calm relaxation".

First time I went in I bought the Temple Ice. This they claim is "very strong, 70% THC". It was good, but not that strong - Dutch Moonshine from 2e Kamer is stronger. I asked the bud-tender what weed Temple Ice was made from and he did not know.

Dropped back in first week of Feb and deciced to try the Brainstorm weed. This is their "house speciality". I wonder if they make Temple Ice from that, but I have my doubts as the high is different - Temple Ice seemed rather a lot of Indica, but Brainstorm had a clear Sativa effect.

Anyway, Brainstorm was pretty good - I am smoking a bit right now. Brainstorm has a very nice fruity aroma to the weed and that taste lingers after the exhale. Is that a blueberry-mango flavor I recognize? Its has a nice sativa-style "up high" combined with just a slight relaxing indica-style stone. The actual power of the high is decent but not overwhelming. My feeling is that SoftTemple has come up with a pretty good hybird, but I don't know its actual genealogy. If they sold seeds, I would give it a try as a grow, but I think they do not.

This shop is on Gravenstraat so its in the circle of shops close to the station. As to be generally expected in that area, cannabis products are sold in pre-weighed packages. But when I ordered 5 gs of Brainstorm I was pleasantly surprised to be presented with a single 5 g packet instead of 5 1g packets.

If you want to expel some feeling of tension from the city, this is a good place to go. The Brainstorm is a unique product, so I would recommend to try that.

The Soft Temple is a really nice coffeeshop nearby the Dam. I tried the Brainstorm strain and it had a strong uplifting effect for about 20 minutes (if generous) after smoking but it has this weird sparkler shit that goes on in your brain - kind of popping with energy - that is a bit disconcerting. I'm not sure I would try it again; I found the "brainstorm" left me restless. I like other sativas much better. However, I stopped by here several times to smoke and always found the staff very kind.

found this place during last years cup week, was ideal gentle start to the day, playing blues, brainstorm was really nice...small and chilled out kinda place great budtender who was on the ball....changes later inthe day as different tender prefers different sounds but all in all a sanctum of relaxation away from the louder ,busier coffeeshops.......but then i like to mellow out when toking ,not be assaulted by pumping loud music...if i want noise i'll go to a bar

I went in over the weekend saw that you had to go upstairs to smoke, I asked if it was ok to smoke pure downstairs and was told no so I just walked out, I glanced at the menu but didn't really take any notice of the price/strains.

still trying to figure out where to go in may and what to look for , nepal balls sound like a good option and any kind of hash that will chill me out, i usually smoke weed over there but i think this time i just going to stick to resin as i havent had any for ages...

Wasn't impressed by the welcome.

Went in, "Hi, may I have a hot chocolate please?"

"You have to buy weed"

"Thankyou"

Exit out the door.......
